‏ First of all, I highly recommend this company. The only company I found in Sofia that provides full insurance, with zero excess, at a reasonable price. I rented a Skoda Kamiq, Silvia brought the car to the hotel, explained everything I needed about the car itself, special traffic laws in Bulgaria, and the speed limit on the roads. She also explained what to do in the event of an accident. The car was completely shiny both inside and out and full of gas. At the end of the rental, Silvia arrived to pick up the car from the hotel at 8:00 PM without any problems.

ממליצה בחום על סילביה להשכרת רכב בסופיה! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ השירות שקיבלנו היה פשוט יוצא מן הכלל. מהרגע הראשון קיבלנו יחס אישי, מקצועי ואדיב, עם זמינות מלאה בעברית לכל אורך הטיול – ביום ובלילה. תמיד היה למי לפנות, וכל שאלה נענתה במהירות ובחיוך. הרכב שקיבלנו היה חדש, נקי, מרווח ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. בנוסף, קיבלנו שירות VIP אמיתי – הרכב הובא עד למלון, ובסיום הטיול נאסף מאיתנו, כך שהכול היה נוח, מהיר וללא שום התעסקות. שירות אמין, הוגן ומקצועי, שהפך את חוויית ההשכרה לפשוטה ונעימה. בהחלט אחת ההחלטות הכי טובות שעשינו בטיול. בפעם הבאה בבולגריה אין ספק שנשכור שוב רק דרך סילביה. מומלץ מכל הלב! ❤️

לא זוכרת אם מלאתי משוב אבל גם אם כן אומר שוב: הייתה לנו חוויה מושלמת. סילביה חיכתה לנו עם הרכב בשדה התעופה ונציג מהחברה אסף אותו ביום האחרון מהמלון. ממליצה!!!

במילה אחת מאה. בשתי מילים סלביה תותחית. תקציר: פוצצתי את השמשה האחורית של הרכב. 100 קמ מסופיה, כפר מרוחק. תוך 4 שעות היה לי רכב חלופי, והאשה היקרה הזאת הייתה פיזית במקום עם איש מקצוע. עכשיו, תעשו עם זה מה שאתם רוצים,תקראו אם אתם רוצים להמשיך. אני לא איש של רשתות חברתיות, ולא ממליץ בדרך כלל. אבל אני לא יכול שלא לכתוב על זה. אני איש מהביצה, לא נוסע לחול אבל הפעם לקחתי את המשפחה, אשה, שלושה מתבגרים לטיול בבולגריה, ארץ אימי. נהג מעולה,מעיד על עצמי, אבל בפחדים מטורפים. וזה קרה. תאונה עצמית, אני יכול להאשים את כל העולם, יום שני לטיול, בוקר מוקדם, 3 ילדים אשה, כפר בולגרי, נסיעה ברוורס, שימשה מנופצת. הפכתי להיות לבן.אין מה לאמר. לא מאחל לאף אחד. האשה על סף בכי. טלפון לסילביה. יכולתי לשמוע שגם היא הפכה ללבנה. ל10 שניות. התעשתה. תוך כמה דקות נתנה לי הנחיות. היינו בקשר ב3 שעות הבאות ואז היא הופיעה בפאקינג כפר הזה בעצמה, עם איש מיקצוע ורכב חלופי. סטנדארט? זה המצופה? תחשבו שוב. אני מעריך יותר את מה שהיא עושה, וחלילה לא מזלזל בקולגות שלה. אבל בפעם הבאה אני כמובן אעבוד מולה.והדבר הראשון שראיתי אותה בכפר זה לתת לה חיבוק. יותר בשבילי אפילו. אז יש רכבים ויש רכבים ויש מחיר ויש מחיר, והיא כמובן לא נופלת מאף אחד מהם, אבל את מה שהיא עשתה אני לא אשכח.

מומלץ בחום!!! חזרנו אתמול מבולגריה. היינו 12 יום עם 2 רכבים. שירות מדהים. כשנחתנו הרכבים חיכו לנו בשדה. פחות מ5 דקות כבר יצאנו מהשדה. כל המסמכים היו מוכנים מראש. בחזור סילביה כבר חיכתה לנו בשדה לקבלת רכבים. המון תודה על החוויה!!!

I rented a car from Sylvia for two weeks. The car was well maintained and clean. The pick-up and drop-off directly from the airport is a big plus for me. There was a minor problem with a one of the light bulb that required an electrician, Sylvia matched with a garage that was on my way that day, so the issue was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction.
