‏ First of all, I highly recommend this company. The only company I found in Sofia that provides full insurance, with zero excess, at a reasonable price. I rented a Skoda Kamiq, Silvia brought the car to the hotel, explained everything I needed about the car itself, special traffic laws in Bulgaria, and the speed limit on the roads. She also explained what to do in the event of an accident. The car was completely shiny both inside and out and full of gas. At the end of the rental, Silvia arrived to pick up the car from the hotel at 8:00 PM without any problems.

I rented a car from Sylvia for two weeks. The car was well maintained and clean. The pick-up and drop-off directly from the airport is a big plus for me. There was a minor problem with a one of the light bulb that required an electrician, Sylvia matched with a garage that was on my way that day, so the issue was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. We booked a car for a two-week vacation in August from Silvia, We got an excellent price with all coverages included. Silvia was waiting for us at the airport with the car ready and the A/C on, we got the car and set off, but after a few minutes we had a flat tire, we immediately contacted Silvia who solved the problem for us immediately, directed us to a tire shop she works with a short distance from where we were, and even came herself to personally make sure that everything was okay and that we were being treated well. The car itself was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. Returning the car was also smooth and pleasant, we arranged a location and Silvia simply came to collect the car from us, everything was simple and convenient, and above all - friendly. It is so important to have a representative who speaks your language when you are in a foreign country, and to have someone to help you and back you up when you are in trouble!

We rented a car in Bulgaria for 14 days and received truly excellent service from Sylvia. She met us on the day we landed, exactly as arranged, and took the time to explain everything clearly – the car itself, the local driving rules and what to expect on the roads in Bulgaria. She understood that we were arriving with a lot of luggage, and surprised us with an upgrade to a larger car – on her own initiative and at no extra cost. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference to our trip. The price included all insurance coverage, with no hidden extras and nothing to add at the counter, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Throughout the two weeks the car served us perfectly, and at the end of the trip we arranged to meet at the airport – where she was already waiting for us with a smile.
